Justin Trudeau is misleading Canadians on his failed climate record

Justin Trudeau promised to lower emissions in 2015. But since he signed the Paris Agreement in 2016, Canada’s emissions have grown faster than any other G7 nation.

At the debate, Trudeau wrongly claimed “it has been a few years now that emissions are capped that emissions have been capped.”

Fact checkers said: “There has not been any cap in place, limiting production or emissions at the national level.”
