REALITY CHECK: Liberals fail women

5 years after our new Prime Minister proclaimed “I’m a feminist”, Justin Trudeau certainly isn’t acting like one when it comes to standing up to the toxic culture and Sexual assault in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Scandals are piling up in the CAF and yet, Justin Trudeau offers his confidence in Minister Sajjan.

And what does he have to offer the victims who continue to suffer in silence? Nice words and no action.

During his European tour, here is all he had to say about the situation in the military:

"What we were seeing over these past months is that enough is enough," Trudeau said.

Enough is enough? Really?

Mr. Trudeau should stop offering empty words. It’s time to act for women and victims of sexual assault.

Canadians deserve so much better.
