Trudeau’s housing crisis accelerates as prices see the biggest increase in 34 years

Home prices are up $300,000 since Justin Trudeau was elected. And just yesterday, the Consumer Price Index showed the largest year-over-year increase in home prices since 1987.

Trudeau promised to bring in a speculation tax in 2020. He didn’t.

Instead, he’s running a candidate who has flipped more than 42 homes since 2005. Trudeau has refused to condemn his candidate’s flipping practices.

Jagmeet Singh:

“For six years, Justin Trudeau has let home-flippers and big developers drive up prices for everyone else. And now, it’s getting even worse. Justin Trudeau’s housing crisis is costing people. They can’t afford his empty promises anymore.”
