New Democrats from our community will gather this month in Nepean for an important meeting to chart our path forward together. I would like to personally invite you to join us for the annual general meeting of the federal NDP riding association for Nepean.
Nepean’s Annual General Meeting August 12th 2023 at 7:00PM (on zoom)
When we meet, we will elect a new local executive for 2023. Any NDP member in good standing that lives in the riding may vote for the new executive. They may also put their name forward for election. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about elections at this meeting, please contact David Simon at david.simon@ndp.ca.
The following positions will be elected at our AGM:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Financial Agent (Treasurer)
- Women’s Rep
- Youth Rep
This is a crucial time for the Nepean NDP. It’s more important than ever to continue building and strengthening our local riding association. Working together, we can be more effective in representing the NDP voice here in Ottawa.
