Please join us for the Halifax NDP Nomination Meeting at 2 pm on Sunday, November 26th. We will be nominating our candidate for the next federal election.

We will be also be joined by special guest: Peter Julian, MP

Lisa Roberts is our approved candidate. She is an experienced community builder with a passion for making people’s lives better, who has worked as a broadcast journalist and served as an MLA.

During her time as an MLA, Lisa became a prominent voice speaking out on issues ranging from affordable housing to climate action and forestry.

As your Halifax MP, Lisa will fight for action on the issues that matter to people here: pharmacare, dental care, housing, education, and action on the climate crisis.
