My wife Catherine and I would like to extend our warmest congratulations to their Royal Highnesses, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, on the arrival of their son.

The arrival of a newborn is a special time. All New Democrats join us in wishing good health and happiness to the baby, the new parents and the family.
