As we mark Labour Day, we remember the working women and men who built this country and we honour the important contributions of the labour movement to Canadian society.

When it comes to defending the rights of workers, fighting for better pensions and creating quality full-time jobs, Canadian know they can always count on New Democrats.

Today, we march in solidarity with our brothers and sisters and we dedicate ourselves to build, in Canada, a more responsible economy where no one is left behind.
