Statement by the NDP following the Sudbury mining accident

Glenn Thibeault, Member of Parliament for Sudbury and Chair of the Federal NDP Caucus made the following statement:

“We are saddened to hear about the deaths of two workers at the Lockerby Mine today. Any day that a worker fails to return home to their family is a sad day for all. Our hearts go out to the families and friends of those lost today."
