NDP writes to Elections Commissioner about allegations of secret Conservative fund

OTTAWA–The NDP has written to Elections Canada asking for an investigation into the serious allegation regarding a partisan fund of the Conservative Party of Canada being controlled out of the Prime Minister`s Office.
