NDP REALITY CHECK: As Duffy trial resumes … Stephen Harper is running away as fast as he can go.
Stephen Harper made a promise to Canadians he would finally clean up Liberal corruption and scandal.
Instead, we have experienced a decade of Conservative operatives and Senators charged with:
- Election fraud – They pled guilty
- Breach of trust,
- Illegal lobbying
- Illegal campaign contributions
- Misleading voters
- And bribery
He can run but cannot hide from the fact this trial is all about Stephen Harper.
It is his appointed Senators charged with bribery and corruption, his PMO staff accused of orchestrating a cover-up and it was Harper himself changing his story and failing to come clean with Canadians.
