Harper failed to take action on climate change, now Trudeau refusing to set targets

While Stephen Harper has failed to take action on climate change for a decade, Justin Trudeau is today dismissing climate change targets as “numbers” and saying we don’t need “ambitious political targets.” (CBC The House, October 10, 2015)
