Conservative candidate in Victoria’s Achilles heel? He says “it’s the Conservative government”

On the heels of Dale Gann’s recent flip-flop on the issue of secondary sewage treatment, and the video distancing him from his party by calling him “a little bit conservative”, Stephen Harper’s Candidate in Victoria is now doubling down on his anti-Conservative strategy.

At an all candidates debate in Victoria today, each candidate was asked to describe their Achilles heel. Gann’s reply?

The Conservative government.

We certainly agree the Conservatives have had a poor record when it comes to standing up for British Columbians. But the real solution to Mr. Gann’s problem is to cast a vote for Murray Rankin and the NDP.
