It's up to you.

A Conservative budget is coming soon – in as little as 30 days. And the pundits are saying an election will probably follow shortly after.

My goals for that election are simple. To defeat Stephen Harper. To elect a Prime Minister that cares about people. And to put a New Democrat team in cabinet you can trust to get things done.

And so New Democrats need to be ready.

I'm hoping I can count on you.

And that's why I'm asking for your support today. I'd like you to give an urgent pre-election donation of $275 or $135 or whatever you can afford.

Your generous donation will help us record the national TV and radio ads we need to counter the Conservative's negative advertising. It will allow us to have the campaign plane and busses from day one.

In short, it will allow us to go toe-to-toe with Stephen Harper – and win.
